How we use your data
We use your data only to reply to your message or event enquiry.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). You contact us on your own initiative and expect a reply.
What data we process
We only process the data you provide yourself in the contact form:
- name
- email address
- message content
We receive this data directly from you and do not collect it from other sources.
Providing your data
Providing your data is voluntary. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to your message.
Who receives your data
Messages are delivered to us through the email service Resend. Resend processes data on our behalf and only to deliver the message. The developer responsible for the technical maintenance of the site may view messages when needed to resolve faults.
We do not sell or disclose data for marketing purposes. If data is transferred outside the EU, the safeguards required by the GDPR are used, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages for up to 12 months or for as long as handling the matter requires. After that they are deleted.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or analytics cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. The language is chosen from your browser settings without cookies.
